Construction of display suite for future 150no. apartment building

The project scope was to construct a new display suite space within the existing structure of a derelict buffet restaurant.  Works included complete fit out of display suite including new walls and ceiling, services, cabinetry and floor finishes.  Rectifications externally included new cement sheet cladding, new windows, construction of the new deck and landscaped area.
