Works included complete restoration of the front portion of the house which is under a heritage overlay.

The rear previous extension to the house was completely demolished and a new basement and 2 storey extension built.  The basement included underground parking, electrical room for the home automation and golf simulator.  In the back yard a new pool pavilion included teppanyaki barbeque area and basement gym with a window looking into the swimming pool.  A new tennis court, swimming pool as well as hard and soft landscaping was constructed and the rear bungalow was completely refurbished and new deck and barbeque area added.  The project also included a 114,000 litre underground in-situ concrete rain water storage tank built in between the bungalow and the swimming pool.
