Construction of 2no. new apartments and refurbishments to 2no. retail tenancies.

Works included demolition of the rear section of the building while maintaining the heritage front section of the building.  2no. new apartments were completely re-constructed on level 1 with a new compliant corridor and stair access.  Existing retail spaces at ground level were increased in size and existing structure removed to open up the space,  new DDA compliant bathrooms constructed,  new shopfronts completely rebuilt including automatic sliding doors and provision for restaurant exhaust and grease trap installed.
