Alterations and additions to an existing heritage-listed home in Fitzroy.  Works included demolition of the rear section of the house with a new 2 storey addition added at the rear.

The existing front heritage-listed section of the house was completely restored to its original glory including installation of new pressed tin gable and strapping, replacement of weatherboards and restoration of windows.

The rear contemporary addition included a new concrete slab on ground and suspended level slab incorporating in-slab hydronic heating and polished concrete floors.

Quality finishes and fitments were used throughout the interior and exterior and Home Automation features were included throughout.
