Demolition of the existing roof and complete construction of the new roof top terrace area for staff and visitors.

Due to construction above a fully functional hospital all materials and equipment for the project could only be loaded via the side access road on weekends or out of hours. Works were conducted directly adjacent the surgical suites so had to be constructed with the upmost care and consideration of noise.

Works included curved steel roof incorporating motorised louvres, BBQ and kitchen facilities and picnic style seating area
