Alterations and additions to the ground floor and the roof deck of the student accommodation Building.

Works included alterations and additions to the reception area and staff back of house area including kitchen and offices.  A full upgrade of all CCTV cameras through the building and installation of new security speed gates to the main entrance.  Student facilities were also upgraded including a gaming room, TV lounge area, student study and collaboration areas and complete construction of new timber deck on the rooftop.
